My plan

1. Think about your long-term goals. Why are you studying English?Consider:  to work using English. /to travel . / to study abroad? / to enjoy English media (film, novels, news, music, etc./to talk with my hostfamily in America.

2. What do you need to reach your goal?
Consider: A certain test score? ( TOEIC, TOEFL, Eiken, etc.)
Which variety of English (British, American, etc.)
Which area? (academic, business, or conversational)

3. What is your current language level? Think of your strengths and weaknesses.
Consider: Skills/strategies ( reading,  writing)
Language aspects ( vocabulary, grammar)
Fluency (reading quickly,  etc.)

4. What are your learning preferences?
Consider: What topics do you like to read & watch about when studying?
How do you like to study? (with books, computers, videos, Podcasts, writing things down, speaking, etc.)
When do you study best? (morning,  evening)
Where can you study? (Is on the train .Alone in my room. In starbacks coffer. )

5. Considering the above, make a plan for this class.
Consider: reading, listening, speaking, vocabulary
Be specific: Exactly what will you study? When will you study and for how long? Where?
